Class Times:
> M 10:30, 12:00
> W 1
:00, 2:30
> F 10:30, noon

Exercise helps return your body to its pre-prenancy shape.

Join us 2 times a week for postnatal fitness designed specifically to get you back in shape safely and effectively.

Our one hour sessions cover:

  • Aerobics classes
  • Strength training
  • Walk/jogging -- at the beach if weather permits!
  • Fun drills
  • A chance to meet other moms
  • Camaraderie.

All fitness levels welcome. And of course, your baby comes too!

Classes presented by Susi Kerr, BA, ACE Certified Professional Trainer at her studio, 3668 West Broadway, in Vancouver.

Inside? Outside?

Please bring a stroller you are able to briskly walk with for when we go outside. To know if we're going outside or not, drive by the studio and look on the door:

  • A GREEN card means "outside" - bring your stroller
  • A RED card means "inside".

Please do NOT bring sick toddlers to class, as many of the infants who also come to class haven't had their first immunizations. We want everyone to be healthy and happy!
