Hard Core Mommies workouts

Class Times:
> M 1:15pm, 5pm, 6pm
>
W 9:45am, 5pm, 6pm
> F 6:30pm, 7:30pm

Hard Core Mommies is a class designed for women who have moved beyond post-natal fitness classes and want a really hard workout. Originally designed as an evening class, we've now added two daytime sessions. If at all possible, please do not bring your children to this workout.

Be prepared to work hard and get results!

Sessions are 10 weeks and cost $200 + GST. You can make up 2 classes if you miss. Cheques or cash please.

Call for availability as there is a limit of 10 women per class. Download the registration form now to bring to the class.
